  6. We don't charge setup fees. We are the lender and not a broker.
  7. We will never sell your details to third parties. Data privacy is held in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
  8. Our financial services are open to all qualifying applicants, regardless of where you live or work.
  9. We will not contact the guarantor for missed loan payments unless we can't reach an arrangement with the borrower first.
  10. We employ strict adherence to regulatory requirements using the Consumer Credit Trade Association (CCTA), JMLSG guidelines and code of conduct, EC Directive and Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) principles and conditions.
